Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an indigene of Katsina State and not more than 40 years.
Must be of good character and free from any criminal record.
Must be Certified medically fit by a recognised government institution.
Must provide Tax-ID.
Must provide birth certificate and verifiable NIN.
Minimum of OND/HND/Degree in relevant fields.

Recruitment Process:

1. Public Advertisement of Vacancies: Open call for applications through newspapers, online portals, and official KTIRS channels.

2. Application Screening All applications will be reviewed against set criteria.

3. Aptitude Tests and Assessments Shortlisted candidates will undergo written tests and practical assessments.

4. Structured Interviews: Candidates will be interviewed by a panel to evaluate competencies and fit.

5. Comprehensive Background Checks: Verification of credentials, character, medical fitness, and other requirements.

6. Shortlisting of Successful Applicant based on Merit and Competence: Successful applicants will be selected purely on merit and competence.
